Michael Lee
Michael Lee is an artist, craftsman, and preservationist who has been restoring some of Middle Tennessee’s most important historic structures since 1995. His work can be seen throughout Franklin and Williamson County, including the restoration of Carnton, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Dan German Hospital, the Historic Williamson County Courthouse, and Jasmine Grove. Over three decades, Michael and the Lee Restoration team have restored hundreds of homes across Middle Tennessee, including more than 30 antebellum homes. His artist’s eye, respect for history, and commitment to enduring craftsmanship have helped establish Lee Restoration as a trusted name in preserving the region’s architectural heritage.

Jenna Lee
For more than 14 years, Jenna Lee has helped shape Lee Restoration from the inside out. Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Jenna made Franklin home and today serves as an operating partner and CFO, bringing a sharp business mind together with a natural eye for design and a deep appreciation for architectural beauty. As Michael Lee’s daughter-in-law, she is also part of the family at the heart of the company, helping carry its craftsmanship and values into the next generation. Jenna is known for her quick sense of humor, her genuine love of people, and the warmth she brings to both clients and the Lee Restoration team. Away from work, she is happiest spending time with her family, friends and traveling.

COODave Crouthamel
Dave Crouthamel serves as COO of Lee Restoration, bringing a lifetime of experience in the building trades to the company. Growing up in Philadelphia, Dave was introduced to the industry early through his grandfather’s lumber yard, where he developed an appreciation for good materials, skilled hands, and work built to last. He later spent 15 years as a self-employed general contractor, giving him firsthand knowledge of what it takes to manage complex projects, solve problems in the field, and keep craftsmanship at the center of the work. Today, Dave helps lead Lee Restoration’s operations with that practical, hands-on perspective. Outside of work, he’s a proud father of two, a devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan, and happiest when he can trade the jobsite for a long walk in nature.
Project CoordinatorCaroline Dowdy
Caroline Dowdy is the calming force behind Lee Restoration, bringing warmth, organization, and a steady hand to the countless details that keep the company moving. A graduate of Warren Wilson College who grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina, Caroline is a gifted communicator with an uncanny ability to keep track of everything, from coordinating orders and materials to making sure the right pieces arrive at the right place at the right time. Her thoughtfulness and easy laugh make her someone both clients and coworkers love working with. And when she’s not keeping Lee Restoration organized, you’ll likely find her around horses, where her quiet, intuitive nature has earned her a reputation as something of a horse whisperer.

Ethan Lee
Ethan Lee, Michael Lee’s grandson, represents the next generation of Lee Restoration. Born and raised in Summertown, Tennessee, Ethan is a hardworking, thoughtful, strategic thinker with a great sense of humor and a passion for fitness. His dream is to one day lead the company and carry forward his family’s legacy of craftsmanship, something Michael says he would proudly entrust to him. Ethan also loves stirring up a little fun and has always had a competitive streak. As a kid, he was legendary in the family for somehow winning nearly every claw game he played at the county fair.

Silas Rorhbach
Silas Rohrbach has been building things for as long as he can remember. He started framing houses alongside his father at just 15 years old and has spent his life developing the kind of skill that only comes from years of working with your hands. A meticulous, detail-oriented craftsman from Summertown, Tennessee, Silas is known for being able to do just about anything, but he especially loves the precision and artistry of trim work and cabinetry. Building isn’t simply his profession; it’s something he has always genuinely loved. Away from the jobsite, Silas spends his time with his wife and their two daughters at The Farm, where family, community, and a life close to the land keep him grounded.

Christine Roman
Christine Roman has been part of Lee Restoration since the early days, bringing more than 15 years of dedication, experience, and heart to the company. A trusted comptroller with phenomenal attention to detail, Christine is known for her integrity, reliability, and the steady hand she brings to everything she does. She is also Michael Lee’s longtime best friend, making her connection to Lee Restoration deeply personal. A valued and well-respected member of the community, Christine has helped shape the company’s culture and success for more than a decade.
