Restoration

Across Historic Franklin and Middle Tennessee, our work spans historic restoration, thoughtful renovation, and new construction, but every project begins with the same belief: quality craftsmanship should stand the test of time.

Over the years, Lee Restoration has worked on more than 150 homes in downtown Franklin and more than 30 antebellum properties across Middle Tennessee, giving our team a depth of experience that can only come from decades spent working hands-on with historic structures. From preserving the character of a century-old Franklin home to restoring one of the region’s landmark properties or building something entirely new, our team of craftsmen and artists brings experience, patience, and an uncommon attention to detail to every project.

That history informs everything we build today. We understand how enduring structures were made, why certain details matter, and what it takes to create work that feels appropriate to its place. Whether we are restoring the past or building for the next generation, the goal is the same: to leave behind work worth keeping.
